Cyndy
Violette is one of the few female poker players to break into
the big time and hi roller games. She is quite unlike the stereotypical
poker player that comes into most people's mind when they think
of the tough, hard nosed ,"No Limit Hold'em" players of
the game. With a 7-card stud championship from the World Series
of Poker, plus many other accomplishments, she knows that "Women
in Poker" are sometimes referred to as "Poker Babes",
and that there will always be some male players that wish the "girls"
would "just go away" -- but she doesn't care. Poker is
her life.
Barbara
Enright is a professional poker player, mother and grandmother,
with three gold WSOP championship bracelets to her credit. She has
made history by being the only female to ever make the final table
of the main event of the World Series of Poker.
Maryann
Morrison has been playing poker for four years and loves the
game, when she has time to play. She has an interest in encouraging
women to overcome any gender stereotypical binds and seeks to encourage
women to excel in any area that they would like to pursue. She is
the publisher of Woman Poker Player magazine and the founder of
the Women’s Poker Club.
Rose
Richie is a grandmother who played her very first ever live
game at the World Series of Poker in 2004, and was the highest ranking
female in the field. She still plays poker online and live whenever
her health allows her to travel.
Jennifer
L. Leo is the editor of the best-selling women's humor series
including Sand in My Bra, Whose Panties Are These? and What Color
is Your Jockstrap? She writes for Woman Poker Player, BLUFF, and
is working on her next humor book, A Girlfriend's Guide to Dating

Casagrande, as is a member of the military police, knows what
it is like to make her way to officer status in a male dominated
field. She started playing poker two years ago. She says she is
still learning, afterall, it takes a day to learn and a lifetime
to master.
Cat
Hulbert broke the all-male gambling barriers in the mid-70s
by traveling the world as one of the first female card counters.
In 1996, she was named one of the top 7-card stud players in the
world. She has recently completed her first poker book, “Outplaying
The Boys”.

Calistri has been a contributing writer for Woman Poker Player,
Bluff Magazine, Canadian Poker Player, PokerPages.com, and PokerNews.com.
Amy currently co-hosts the popular internet radio show "Keep
Flopping Aces" with Lou Krieger on Hold'em Radio and is the
author of the poker blog, "Aimlessly Chasing Amy" at www.aimlesslychasing.com.
Dawn
Dineen has been playing poker just over a year. She loves the
game and she now plays in live tournaments in the UK and Ireland,
and plays poker in bar leagues in Ireland on a regular basis.
Joe
Ransom is a middle-aged disabled woman, who has played poker
most of her life as her father was a big player of the game. She
didn’t have a chance to play poker for much of her adult life,
and has recently come back to the tables online and off during the
past two years.

Leah Bochan has completed her first book “The Badass
Girl’s Guide to Poker”. She started playing poker with
her parents at the age of 7. After receiving her MSA in creative
writing at the Mitchener Centre for Writer’s at the University
of Texas she returned to her other love: New York City and Poker.

Connors is a writer and poker player who lives in southern
California. She has always been fascinated by all forms of gambling
and card games, but plays only poker because she prefers to hang
onto her money. Her hobbies include gardening, studying body language,
over-analyzing things, and worrying too much..
Amy
Zupko has been playing poker both online and live since 2001.
She is a writer for Woman Poker Player magazine, and is the mother
of three children. She fits poker into her busy lifestyle at every
opportunity.
Raparata
Mazzola is Brooklyn born, Los Angeles based. She has a published
book, Mafia Kingpin, writes screenplays and is an Emmy nominated
TV producer. She also sang with Barry Manilow's back-up trio, Lady
Flash. Currently, she is a contributing editor for Poker Pro Magazine.
Kathy
Watterson is a published writer of two poker books, and is
an accomplished writer and editor who contributes to many poker
publications. She has made many final tables in various poker tournaments
throughout the U.S.
Michele
Lewis started playing poker during college in 1993. She was
the first woman to make a final table in an open event at the 2006
WSOP after playing in less than ten casino tournaments. She cashed
in three open events during WSOP 2006 . She continues to study and
analyze her play to improve as she is a perfectionist. She currently
resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children. She
holds a degree in Psychology and operates her own real estate company.
Michele donates a portion of her tournament winnings to the American
Cancer Society.
